Although children and youth  is our  core objective of TAREO , starting with basic EARLIER EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF 3 years.

TAREO now works in three regions-KILIMANJARO,TANGA AND DARE ES SALAAM .The family and parents of children we support face numbers of challenges which lead them not to afford the education for their children.

Understanding and researching on this we have come up with the need of human resource support in term of volunteering so as we EMPOWER THE RURAL  COMMUNITY with knowledge and skills in  agriculture and business

Needed skills of volunteers range from implementing the most basic children and youth education,computer training,entrepreneurship and the support to the community around in agribusiness, micro finance, record-keeping systems and marketing concepts.

More effort should be in  using ICT technology ( internet and mobile ) in farming and information access  and setting up a community based organization. Therefore, someone who has one or more of the following skills can help!
